Move better, eat better, live better. This is the philosophy Vania follows to help improve the lives of her clients. With a background in human kinetics, and her certification as exercise physiologist, she is always striving to ensure clients know how to move properly to stay healthy and pain-free.
Vania previously worked at the University of Ottawa’s physiotherapy clinic, and she completed an internship at the Ottawa Heart Institute’s cardiac rehab program. She holds a Masters in human kinetics from the University of Ottawa.
In her free time, Vania enjoys playing soccer, cycling, hiking and pretending to be a culinary wiz.
