It is Lori’s view that defining and embracing a healthy lifestyle is an ongoing journey. As a fitness professional, Lori wants to guide individuals to improve their overall health and wellbeing, and to teach others how to balance this out with their daily lives. Lori enjoys training people of any age, but is an Older Adult fitness specialist.
From an early age, Lori has found physical activity to be a healthy and enjoyable outlet. While serving time in the militia reserve for a summer, Lori was inspired by the physical challenges and how it transformed her body. From this point forward, physical fitness became a priority in her life. Lori graduated from Ottawa University with an Honors Degree in Recreation and has been working in the recreation and fitness industry for a combined 10 plus years.
Lori brings extensive experience as a Personal Trainer, specializing in customized one-on-one training, and has enhanced her skills through ongoing education and by volunteering as a group fitness instructor. To Lori living a healthy lifestyle begins with having a positive mindset and a realistic plan to achieve these goals.
