Jay has been in the fitness industry training for more than 20 years now and starting his career at the National Fitness College in Australia. He then did personal training at the Tokyo American Club and Golds Gym in Japan for years to follow. He decided to go back to school to get a degree in Orthomolecular Nutrition and has been running his own practice here in Ottawa while still continuing his life-long passion for personal training.

His mission is to empower individuals to obtain a healthy food relationship, and to clearly understand the concept of “food as medicine”. He provides individual counseling and group sessions in weight management, meal planning and teaches you how to manage food for realistic goals that mesh with a work/life balance.
