At Free Form Fitness, we have always looked for the best way to provide a customized and tailored approach to fitness while keeping quality as our top priority.

How Do I Get Started?

1The first step is your free consultation.

The free consultation will take approximately 30 to 45 minutes and there is no workout gear needed (yet!) The purpose of the free consult is to provide you with the full picture of what Free Form Fitness does as well as help us understand you, your goals and your past experience with fitness and training. We’ll see if it’s a perfect fit on both ends and if so, we’ll provide you with the information you need to move forward.

There is NO purchase necessary with the initial free consult.

2The second step, should you wish to move forward, is to sign up for our introductory trial of 8 sessions for just $96.

In these initial eight sessions, we’ll perform a wide range of tests and evaluations including muscle balance testing as well as provide corrective exercises. hnck1927

This will help us create a fully customized workout plan for you moving forward. We’ll also chat about lifestyle and nutrition habits so that you are set up to succeed!

For these sessions, workout clothes and shoes are necessary. Each session is 30 minutes and expire three weeks after you register. If you need to cancel any of the sessions in this trial block, 24 hours notice is required or else you lose the session.

Once your eight sessions are up, we’ll look at the progress you’ve made – in just 8 sessions. A succession plan on how to proceed will be provided.

One-on-One Customized Training

Our highly trained and skilled personal trainers will customize your workout plan and take care of your training from start to finish. They will guide you through the best lifestyle and nutrition habits to help keep you on track. They may also recommend supplements based on your deficiencies and help you find the perfect solution to help you realize your full health potential.

All of our one-on-one session plans are customized to fit your lifestyle, schedule and budget. If you have a flexible schedule, we can create an even more cost-effective option for you.

Shared Sessions

On a budget? Looking for that extra accountability? No problem! Many of our members find that sharing their sessions is a fantastic option when they want to workout but either can’t afford it or don’t have the motivation to go regularly.
