Keep Electrical Objects Far Way While Sleeping
Cell phones, ipods, ect are hazardous to our health, they emit rays that are not good for us. So keep them at a distance whenever possible. Many people like to keep them close to us while sleeping, as an aalarm or just to answer it if it rings. But keeping it across the room and on powersave mode will minimize the damage your phone will do.
Also anything plugged into a wall, whether actually on or not still has some electricity running through it. So keeping anything near your bed unpluged when not in use allows your body to sleep more soundly. Your body is supposed to repair itself at night and electricity can intefere. Best option is to not have a lamp, alarm clock or anything like this plugged in near your bed.
