2 tbsp of PB unsweetened
2 tbsp of ground flax/flax meal
1 scoop whey protein powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp of vanilla
1 tbsp organic coconut oil
a bit of almond milk (or water) to achieve cookie dough consistency
Mix, divide into 12 cookie balls and bake at 350 for 10 mins or less, do not overcook.
Each cookie contains 52 cals, 2grams fat, 1.5 grams carbs and 3.8 grams protein.
