Jules’ journey began about 10 years ago when he looked at himself in the mirror and did not like what he saw. He told himself “I will never look like that again.” Jules started doing his own research on training and nutrition. He started going to the gym on his own and he saw amazing results.
One day, he saw on Facebook that Free Form Fitness was offering a personal trainer course. He figured, “why not share my passion with others and help them get amazing results as well?” He signed up, and here he is today!
Since that day when Jules said enough was enough, fitness, health and nutrition has become a passion of his that he now gets to share with others!
“It completely turned my life around, I have more energy, more confidence, more strength and better self-esteem. I am lucky to be able to help people feel the same way, because a happy life is the best life. I will finish off by saying that you don’t have to be great to start but you have to start to be great, so just go for what you want!”
