MMA Strength Training
The Ultimate MMA Strength Training Program
. . . no wimps allowed
About the program:
This program is a 105 day step by step periodized plan that you perform alongside an MMA training plan (that you do someplace else) and a cardiovascular plan. This will help develop the necessary strengths that you need to step into the octagon and peak perfectly for a fight. If you want to outlast your opponent, be able to deliver knockout power and be able to go toe to toe with the best in the world you need a solid plan. This may be what you need, but do you have the chops? You see, for this program we don’t want wimps, we want champs. If you can’t reach a certain level of fitness and you don’t have the mental toughness don’t even think about contacting us. We have always taken our job with fighters serious and so should you.

“It was the best decision I have ever made. Over the next 8 months I would be pushed to my limit physically and mentally like never before. He had organized a fully comprehensive regiment designed to transform me into a professional athlete. Diet, strength training, endurance, explosiveness, rest periods, mental preparation….. it was all weaved together and timed so that we could track and predict results on a daily basis.”
