We understand that starting to exercise with weights may seem scary at first but let me comfort you. My grandmother did it and she’s 81. After battling cancer and going through a heart attack she decided to take a new route and start exercising. She was lucky that her grandson was a personal trainer to guide her in the right direction but you now have that same direction too. This program specifically created for complete beginners to help introduce them to exercise in a safe and easy way.

One on One Personal Training:

These are session of 30 minutes in length and are just you and your personal trainer. They are sold in single sessions or packages. The more sessions you purchase the less expensive it gets.

One on one personal training is the best way to get the most effective workout when at the gym. When you purchase a package of sessions a program will be designed specific to your goal, when buying just one session at a time you are basically getting time with a trainer to cover whatever it is that you wanted to work on for that session. Single sessions are mainly for trainees that wish to get an extra little kick out of a specific workout or be shown a few new things, while packages are for those that want to get the most out of the each session.

Nutritional Weight Loss Guidance:

You’ll get the guidance that you need to succeed and stay on track. For the past 9 years we have been using our nutrition plans for weight loss, muscle gain and improved health. Combine years of expertise, a supportive community, a certified nutrition consultant and the result is a proven.

In the consultation - You’ll get important information on the weeks weight loss topic and a confidential weigh-in (including bodyfat) each week to keep you on track. Meetings are an opportunity to get expert advice, share helpful strategies—or just listen and find motivation. It’s 15 minutes out of your week and it’s worth it.

Personal Training Guidance Membership:

This is a full body routine that changes every month. It is designed for you and you are educated on how to perform each exercise and train each muscle group properly one on one with your trainer. Each session is 30 minutes in length. It allows you full access to the facility and 3 nutrition consultations throughout the year.

These routines are designed to maximize recovery times of muscles so that you never over train and continue to make gains. Generally these routines are for more experienced trainees since these sessions do not provide us enough time in order to get you up to speed on the intensity level you should be working at in order to reach your full potential.

Semi-Private Group Personal Training:

Group training consists of a trainer and 4-5 clients for 8 weeks. The advantage to these sessions are that you will save some money on the session cost, once you decide to do the group training we both try to fill up the group, once filled you can start. However, these sessions are only for clients with the same goal. If each person is not working on the same goal all involved will not receive the results that they would when training one on one.

In-House Personal Training:

We also offer in-house training for clients that choose to work out at home rather than the gym. This can be done with very little equipment but the more variety you have the better as the more variety of exercises you can do. Our in-house training is offered in both one on one sessions as well as small group sessions with 2-6 people per group. The pricing for the in-house training is a bit higher than our regular sessions due to the trainer needing time to travel. We have several trainers that are available for in-house training depending on availability of course.

In-Work Corporate Small Group Personal Training:

We offer group training in corporations just like we do in-house as well. Groups of 2-6 with one personal trainer is what we can offer at your place of work with little to no equipment required. We will bring the necessary equipment for the session taking place that day. The pricing for the in-work training is a bit higher than our regular sessions due to the trainer needing time to travel.
