Healthy Chocolate Yummyness
When you're on a strict diet like I am, you start to get pretty creative in the kitchen. One thing that has been a real treat lately has been to make myself a healthy hot chocolate.
1 Tbs of pure cocoa powder
1 cup of boiling water
stevia to taste (I use just a pinch)
Cocoa is a super powerful antioxidant and in only 1 tbs it contains 0g of sugar, 1g of protein, 0.5g of fat and 3g of fiber.
