Whether your goal is to lose fat, get stronger or gain some muscle, if you want to not actually reach your goal here is what you should do;

1. Cheat on your diet at least once a day, even if it’s just a few bites
2. If you feel pain keep training through it, don’t be a wimp!
3. Screw drinking water, only drink energy drinks and alcohol
4. Train the same muscle group everyday for a week to really work on it and change the muscle group each week
5. Don’t stretch, it’s useless
6. Only eat peanut butter sandwiches post-workout and skip the protein shake
7. Don’t listen to your trainer, you know more than them!
8. Workout 3 days in a row and take 4 days off, repeat this pattern

There you have it – the perfect plan to screw up your goals. Now if you want to actually reach your goals, do the opposite of these tips.
