A good body can be great in only 30 minutes

Nobody these days has time to waste; we are all busy people on the go. So why spend hours in the gym if you don’t have to? The truth is 30 minutes is all you really need, an hour is too long for most people whose goal is usually fat or weight loss. Including proper warm-up and cool down methods, your workout should only last about 45 minutes with 5-10 minutes of warm-up and 5-10 minutes of cool down, including stretching.
At Free Form Fitness, we don’t believe in wasting anybody’s time and we don’t need to watch over you walking on the treadmill or stretching once we show you how to do both properly on your own. We want you to get the most out of your sessions and this is why we offer the 30 minute personal training sessions which are available 1 on 1 with a trainer or in a small group of 2-6 per group with a highly qualified trainer.
The biggest mistakes people typically make when working out are that they are not following a set plan, they don’t schedule their workouts and they keep doing the same things all the time. All of these errors will result in less than maximal results no matter what your goal may be. Exercise programs are actually quite scientific which is why people go to school to become personal trainers. This is not to say you need a trainer with you every step along the way, but hiring a personal trainer to at least get you set up on a proper program that is unique to you and your goal is key to your success in the gym. Also, your program must change often enough; our bodies adapt to exercises and stop progressing at some point. How often to change this is up to you but at least every 4-6 weeks is recommended, with everyday being the best situation.
Scheduling your workout is key as well because if you do not then there will always be reasons why something else in your life is more important that day and your fitness goals get pushed back constantly. Putting your workouts into your weekly schedule will encourage you to stick to them. Having an appointment with a personal trainer every so often helps you stick to this even more so, whether it is meeting with the trainer 1-3 times a week or taking part in a group training program that has set days/times each week.
FFF offers group training in 8 week programs where you train with your small group 3 times a week for 30 minute sessions. This along with the provided meal plan will get you results quickly – imagine that, just an hour and a half a week is all you need at FFF to get to your goal, no matter what it is.
