3. People that bench press with thumbless grip get shoulder injuries.
4. Toothpaste can be giving you morning sickness ""evil fluoride.""
5. People that have a stressful lifestyle get addicted to aerobic work.
6. Antioxidant supplements work well at preventing colds.
7. With a bad lower back, comes bad knees not long after.
8. People that have hurt their back in the past can hurt it again with Bent over barbell rows.
9. People use ""time"" as the biggest excuse not to exercise, but a lot of the time it’s due to laziness
10. People stay on the same workout routine way too long.
