Here is a very basic workout that works all muscles of the core.
The Crunch (Hold 3 sec in the top position, don't pull on your head)
3 x 12-15
The Side bridge (Place the top foot in front, keep your body straight)
3 x 45 sec (or more)
The Superman (Hold for 7 seconds in the top position, keep body straight)
3 x 12-15
