A1) Dips on Assistance Machine 3x15 (3 sec down/2 sec up)

A2) Cable Machine Preacher Curl 3x15 (2 sec up/2 sec hold/2 sec down)



B1) Cable Push Down 3x12 (2 sec down/2 sec hold/ 2 sec up)


B2) Standing Barbell Curl 3x12 (2 sec up/4 sec down)



C1) Decline Barbell Extension 3x10 (2 sec up/4 sec down)



C2) Incline Dumbell Curls 3x10 (2 sec up/4 sec down)


Perform exercise A1, rest 30 sec then perform A2 then rest 1 min 30 sec and repeate for a total of 3x. Once completed move to the next group of exercises (B1-B2) till done.
