Close Grip vs. Wide Grip Bench Press
Dec 13, 2008 by Jean-Luc Boissonneault
When looking at the bench press it’s important to consider the mechanics of the movement. I would say that over 90% of the time, people come into the center and have bad exercise mechanics. April 7, 2008 by Jean-Luc Boissonneault
Many people still think that high reps make you lose weight, low reps make you bulky, that is so 1998. The number of repetitions you choose is so important it determines the outcome of your workout.
